Bespoke EOTAS provision for post-16 learners

Every young person at Chevin Academy receives a personalised programme designed around their needs, interests, and EHCP outcomes.

What is EOTAS?

EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than At School) is used when a young person cannot access traditional education. We work with Local Authorities to deliver bespoke packages in a safe and supportive environment.

What a placement looks like

Typically 3 days per week (around 15 hours)
Small groups or 1:1 support
Consistent staff and routines
A calm, low-demand setting

Rebuilding engagement
Supporting emotional regulation
Developing confidence
Preparing for adulthood

We understand that returning to education can feel overwhelming. Our approach is designed to reduce pressure and rebuild trust step by step.
