Our Learning Model

Learners attend in small groups of up to 5 per day, 4 days a week. Every student has a personalised support plan that is reviewed regularly to ensure progress and relevance.

Alternative Provision Overview

Chevin Academy CIC is a new Alternative Provision based in Belper, offering placements for both Year 10 & 11 students and post-16 learners. Placements are available on different days for each age group.

We provide flexible, trauma-informed programmes that combine emotional support with a vocational curriculum designed to re-engage learners. Our provision is suitable for:

School-commissioned placements

Supporting students on the SEND register who require additional provision alongside school's offer.

EOTAS arrangements

Working with local authorities to deliver education outside of school for young people who cannot access mainstream settings.
